My Order

We have provided you with an excellent opportunity to track your order by just simply indicating your tracking number.

As soon as you get your tracking number after your shipment confirmation, fill it in on our Track my Order page here -
The Kitchen Bros Track Your Order - and click on Track button.

It's just that simple!
 

If you would like to add items after placing an existing order, we would advice you to place an additional order as we do not store your credit card information and cannot process changes made after the order is placed.  

We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive. Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items within 60 minutes after an order is placed.

Placing an order

All of our items in The Kitchen Bros comes in different sizes and colours.

Do carefully choose the correct size or colour choice before clicking "Add to Cart".

You will be directed to our Check Out page where you can review your item(s) and proceed to Enter Shipping Address to process your order.  

Yes! 

You can choose as many item(s) as you want, just

  1. Click "Add to Cart"
  2. Go back to the product page you are interested in
  3. Click "Add to Cart" on that item before proceeding to "Enter Shipping Address" to finalize your order.  

Pricing

We only accept secure payment methods such as all major credit and debit card providers, Stripe, and PayPal. All prices and orders are listed and processed in US Dollars. However, please note that we are able to accept international credit and debit cards in any currency.  

Shipping and Refunds

Return
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it,
  • Unworn or unused,
  • With tags
  • In its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can initiate a refund here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return request and if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it will take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your items upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

However, we are not responsible for customs charges. Customs may charge their own fees which are not associated with our shipping costs.

They are their own entity and reserve the right to charge as they see fit.  

Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! We understand that you would like your orders quickly.

Shipping
Orders are processed and packed within 1-3 working days of placement of order, excluding weekends and public holidays. All orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, our delivery partners will deliver between 10 to 20 business days. Due to COVID-19, there might be some delay in our shipping time. Tracking numbers will also be provided after we have shipped your items.

Yes, definitely! 

During the checkout process you are able to enter any shipping address and specify a different billing address.

However, shipping costs and delivery time varies upon which country you are in.
